Pizzeria Don Geppetto was opened in 1996 by André, a professional baker with more than forty years of experience.

Keen to enhance his culinary offering, he fused French cuisine with Italian cuisine, combining the Provencal method of making bread with his Italian origins. The result was a range of pizzas with a wonderfully surprising taste, appearance and texture, which enjoyed an amazing reception in the Valle de Aran and instantly became a benchmark in the region.

In 2010, Giro and Ibon took over the reins, with fresh energy and a desire to continue developing the culinary concept after years at André’s side, having learnt all the secrets of his pizzas.

Pizzeria Don Geppetto is still a benchmark today. With the motivation to keep on satisfying our customers, we’ve expanded our services, with home delivery and a new, bigger restaurant where we continue experimenting to offer new flavours and combinations.
